This position will promote Nokia cellular phones, wireless data devices, accessory sales and HP digital home solutions within the store, provide superior customer service, and handle any customer inquiries.

Qualification:

• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced continually changing environment
• Exhibit excellent selling skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Motivated and creative team player

This position is to provide technical onsite support to customers in Mumbai.

Qualification:

• Deep understanding of Windows and Windows applications
• Hardware troubleshooting skills
• Peripherals, including the following: Multimedia, Scanners, Printers/Laser Printers, etc.
• Analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to deal professionally with irate customers
• Previous customer service and/or technical support experience an asset
